Frankston Day Trip

What a Nice Day to be Out!
Patterson Lakes

My brekkie...lunch too!
Having a swim..

Summer school hols were spent doing Craft work (it was really hard work) at Aunty Pauline's house (Sharon's mum). In two seperate weekends, a big group of us girls and mummies sweated and fret over our final pieces of (a) Beadwork & (b) Metallic Studs on 2 T-shirts.

We learnt to thread a needle, used the needle properly (without poking out fingers.....I was the only one who had my finger poked ONCE!!).
It was difficult but we all enjoyed ourselves tremendously. I recall Mummy & I only arrived home near 11pm for the first assignment. We heard that the rest stayed till nearing midnight.
Food was so yummy - sushi, sashimi, pizza, pasta, fried noodles, beef jerky, salad....

We also went for a day trip to Frankston, Patterson Lakes and surrounds as Vanessa's parents wanted to go for a car ride with us. That day was a beautiful day at Frankston...the jetty was so crowded, many teenagers were having a wild time jumping into the cool sea below. I saw a brave little girl of 7 years who did a big splash into the water!

I also took up swim lessons with Wendy but she decided to shave her head and retreated into obscurity(She did not say what she was doing). 7 individual lessons with her($20x7) at Aquarena...I picked up heaps from her. I am sure missing her now. She was a fantastic teacher! I wish her the very best!

Mum was unfortunate to get a huge puncture in one of her tyres. The tyre guy told her she had a big piece of tram track in the tyre, How in the world did it come off the track? VicRoads.,..where are you? Of course it cost my mum $, joining RACV for Roadside Assistance, paying for new tyres etc. The good thing was, you can see a shot of me enjoying my pie, while the men were hard at work, changing all the tyres at the workshop. Want to join me for some yummy food?

Goodbye BNPS

LOTE Teacher Ms Shu He

Year 4 Class Teacher - Ms Kara Morrison (she bids adios too!)
Saying Goodbye is never easy but it was soon time to say Adios to BNPS, the place where Reii did her Year 3 and 4. In fact quite a few of the friends in the pictures are in the same boat...some leaving to the States (Cassandra and family), while Vanessa and Valerie will start the new term in Taylors Lakes. Bye....and good luck to all!
